       Publix.com/covid  and follow instructions.  ✔️
   Be patient, to get an appointment can take some time. 
 
NOT Healthy?  You might be surprised at these items.
 
WHAT!     Remember an 🍎 apple a day…  etc  
    Don’t overdo it.  They are acidic can cause indigestion.

Reflecting!  The HAPPY HOUR CREW, formed at
   that location in 2007.  When the new place opens
                    (after a few weeks of trial operations)
       possibly, we could consider a CREW Reunion?

MY vaccine experience: 1st shot no problems.
2nd shot… some soreness, feeling dull and dopey.
Sleeping 8 – 10 hours, lethargic. After 4 days, back
to 95% normal. Glad that experience is over! ✔️

   Covid info:  Wearing a mask for long periods interferes

with your breathing/oxygen levels. Wear it only in crowds.

Covid shot #1  No problem, no pain, no issues.
